Synopsis: A burlesque dancer flees with a small child and his dog after her gangster ex-boyfriend pursues them. 9 Bullets is a terrifying mash-up of murder, a clumsy romance drama, and a disastrously stupid road trip. In Santa Clarita, California, the film 9 Bullets begins with a stressful phone call. Fearful, Ralph Stein told his 11-year-old son, Sam, to get his bullet and go. His final words were spoken. Jack abhors stealing. His vicious hitmen, Mike, Tommy, and Martin Sensmeier, spare no one. After narrowly evading a bloodbath, Sam runs to a neighbor. Gypsy used to be a burlesque stripper, but she’s now retired. She plans to write a book and go on a cruise. He had no notion he’d be of assistance to Sam. Jack, on the other hand, is well aware that her ex-boyfriend is capable of killing a child. The Gypsy transports Sam to his uncle in the southwest. He’ll have to avoid Jack’s thugs, deal with his tragic past, and give his broken heart to a scared child. Sam is rescued by the Gypsy a few minutes into the first act. Ralph Stein’s call warns us that Jack is a nefarious character who has taken something exceedingly valuable. Sam’s family has no idea how they ended up living with the Gypsy.
