Synopsis: Eighteen months later, Colt finds himself parking cars at a Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles, living a depressing life outside the film industry. Plagued by a bad back and fear of facing both his old job and Jodie, he has settled into a lonely existence of unlimited burritos and a decent salary. But this broken man gets a second chance when Gail, a Hollywood producer who worked with Colt on several Tom Ryder films, calls needing him to come out of retirement. She is producing the latest sci-fi action film and has lost Tom in Australia before finishing the shoot. Waddingham hilariously portrays the lengths producers will go to get their films made and protect their stars, always with a fresh Diet Coke in hand. She asks Colt to find Tom before the press discovers he is missing. Though Colt refuses initially, Gail reveals that Jodie is directing the film, her big break in Hollywood.
