This is the sequel to A Walk with Bob and once again sees the red cat and his owner James Bowen with a new adventure. While they spend a peaceful and carefree existence, the two prepare to celebrate Christmas. In this Christmas atmosphere, they meet a man, charged with selling some copies of a magazine under the cold London sky. Looking at the salesman, James thinks back to what he used to play on the street with his guitar. He trying to pick up a few coins, and his previous births come back to him when he was still a drug addict. Thinking about his life, he can only realize that it is thanks to Bob that he got out of the drug business and that he is happier today than a few years ago. His cat is a bit like a furry Santa Claus who, between purrs, gave him a stable life, joy, and hope for the future.
