Synopsis: Sam McAlister, a junior producer at BBC Newsnight, is known for her ability to secure guests that others deemed impossible to get. Unlike her more serious colleagues, Sam stands out with her bleached blonde hair, tight leather attire, and constant bustling around the office. The other journalists at the BBC often look down on her, considering her to be different from them. Similar to the movie “Erin Brockovich,” Sam finds herself in a similar situation. She comes up with a wild idea to approach Prince Andrew, who has been surrounded by rumors and scandals due to his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, about an initiative called Pitch Palace aimed at supporting young entrepreneurs. Sam takes a chance and reaches out to the email address linked to the elusive “palace.” Surprisingly, she manages to establish contact with Amanda Thirsk, Prince Andrew’s closest aide, who shows genuine interest in the interview proposal. However, the challenge lies in convincing both Andrew and his mother. Sam and Amanda cautiously navigate their interactions, never fully committing to anything and keeping their intentions hidden.
