Synopsis: Leila is one of nine siblings in an Iranian-American family living in New Jersey. She’s also a lesbian and partly blames her mother Shireen for the breakup of her marriage. She’s capable of screwing things up on her own, and her father’s serves the heart transplant as a time for the family to gather and for Leila to consider where her life is headed. As she bonds with her grandmother, Mamanjoon, she learns that she and her mother may not be nearly as different as she always thought. Mohammadi and Noor excellent work to heart and filled with laughter. Watch every Lookmovie at home.
