Synopsis: Pooh is portrayed as a giant capable of gruesome violence, while Christopher is described as having the physique of a high school freshman, making it hard to believe he could be the culprit. “Blood and Honey 2” doesn’t prioritize logic, diving straight into bloodshed early on, with Pooh on a killing spree against intruders in his territory, accompanied by Owl, who can fly, crack jokes, and spit acid. The sequel introduces more Milne characters and a new, more monstrous Pooh design that still resembles a person in a cheap Halloween mask, albeit with slightly watery eyes. Frake-Waterfield invests in “Blood and Honey 2,” focusing on Christopher’s dramatic journey as he battles town suspicion and seeks therapy to cope with his pain. Unfortunately, Chambers fails to bring depth to Christopher’s character, leaving him as a weepy and one-dimensional figure without a compelling emotional arc.
